Senior Program Manager

Location: Holtsville, New York, United States; hybrid work is offered.

Salary: $108,960–$163,440 annual, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of moderate-to-significant programs, including novel products or services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, marketing, and operations.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate program meetings, document progress, and provide concise status updates to senior management.
• Resolve delivery obstacles, maintain stakeholder alignment, and support go-to-market activities and transitions to marketing.
• Coach or mentor Level 1 and Level 2 Program Managers when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced communication, facilitation, presentation, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with program management methodologies, tools, and approaches; PMI PMBOK knowledge is expected and PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and PC-based documentation tools.
• Working knowledge of the assigned technical business area, such as hardware, software, or services.
