Program Manager I - Idea to Implementation

Location: Hybrid, with onsite presence four days per week, within reasonable commuting distance of an M&T Bank regional office in Buffalo, Boston, Baltimore, Washington, Wilmington, New York, Bridgeport, or Burlington, United States.

Salary: $118,200–$197,000 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Own product management for the Idea to Implementation readiness framework used across the SIC pipeline.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, standards, processes, and ways of working aligned with business objectives and SDLC and TSP processes.
• Research customer needs and maintain measurement strategies covering adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and value realization.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, business partners, delivery teams, vendors, and internal clients.
• Scope and deliver enterprise engagements, align supporting resources, clarify responsibilities, monitor performance, and resolve blockers.
• Drive adoption through change management, enablement, mentoring, training, and continuous improvement while managing risks and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of proven project management experience, or 12 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 8 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of product management methodology and computer and software proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, influence, consensus-building, and communication with executive management.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across clients, leadership, peers, and business partners.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of one of the listed U.S. regional offices and work onsite four days per week.
