Technology Program Manager (Protective Services)

Location: Columbus, Ohio; hybrid work model with an expectation of working in the office 3–5 days per week

Salary: $118,000–$178,000 expected starting range; $118,000–$222,000 national range

What you will do

• Lead complex technology programs from concept and planning through deployment and transition to ongoing operations.
• Align internal and external stakeholders, manage dependencies, prioritize deliverables, and drive business outcomes.
• Establish program governance and provide executive-ready status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, financial updates, and risk communications.
• Identify, manage, and escalate issues affecting scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, or outcomes.
• Support contract negotiations, statements of work, vendor oversight, and delivery financials.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience in technology or a related field, including at least three years delivering technology projects or outcomes.
• Experience leading technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, demand, and capacity.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and make decisions and recommendations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization and STEM OPT Extension are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Protective Services environments.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, engineering, mathematics, computer science, data analytics, or a comparable field.
• Technology, PMI, SAFe, Agile, or Lean certifications.
