About the Role

You will drive strategic and operational initiatives for Product or go-to-market organizations, own operating rhythms and executive reporting, build dashboards and metrics, support pricing and commercialization strategy, and use AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows.

Requirements

• 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles
• Ability to prioritize work with autonomy amid ambiguity
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to drive cross-functional consensus
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or go-to-market organization
• Own monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures
• Partner on pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy
• Use AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows
