Senior Workforce Management Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: United States; fully remote with about 5% travel. Not eligible for hire in California, New York, or Washington.

Salary: $65,000–$74,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the enterprise Workforce Management platform, including NICE IEX.
• Administer user accounts and access rights while improving forecasting accuracy and scheduling efficiency.
• Lead weekly short-term forecast meetings with Service Operations leadership.
• Support daily staffing, schedule optimization, intraday performance, schedule adherence, and shift or PTO bidding.
• Analyze workforce and operational data, identify root causes, and create productivity and trend reports.
• Mentor real-time analysts and schedulers and collaborate with Analytics and Workforce Management teams on sustainable reporting and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting and using Workforce Management systems for strategic and short-term planning.
• 2–3 years of experience measuring productivity and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of contact center metrics, including service level, average handled time, average speed of answer, occupancy, shrinkage, and adherence.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting models, workload calculations, staffing recommendations, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Call Center and Back Office planning and metrics.
• Healthcare experience.
• Hands-on experience with NICE IEX Enhanced Strategic Planner.
