FP&A Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and operations teams on financial guidance and decision support.
• Prepare financial analysis covering trends, risks, opportunities, and variance explanations.
• Build financial models for investments, product strategy, and operational initiatives.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency in collaboration with accounting.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion financial systems.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA qualification.
• Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and strategic decision-making.
