FP&A Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain and update financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Support capital allocation, investment, and cost-management decisions with financial analysis.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and investigate budget and forecast variances.
• Build dashboards and presentations that translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Improve FP&A workflows, maintain data integrity, and support adoption of automation, business intelligence, and analytics tools.
• Partner with business units, functional stakeholders, leadership, and the broader FP&A team on recurring and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, or Hyperion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and present findings to senior FP&A leadership.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, service-oriented, and willing to take ownership of recurring deliverables.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
