FP&A Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain financial models and build scenario and sensitivity analyses for capital allocation, investment, and cost-management decisions.
• Prepare recurring management reports, investigate budget and forecast variances, and create dashboards and presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting workflows, and data integrity in planning systems.
• Contribute to automation, business intelligence, analytics, team projects, and ad hoc leadership requests.
• Partner with business unit and functional stakeholders and present findings to FP&A leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of ERP and planning software such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, or Hyperion.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and business-partnering skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, CPA, or CFA.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
