Sales Development Representative (Software Testing)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Mumbai, India

Cloud-based software testing platform supporting manual and automated testing, visual regression, accessibility, test management, and AI-powered testing capabilities.

What you will do

• Identify and hunt prospects through inbound lead flows and outbound prospecting.
• Contact prospects in the assigned territory through daily calls and emails.
• Develop business relationships with prospective partners and customers.
• Act as the first in-depth point of contact and provide product information.
• Position the product value proposition using solution-selling and relationship-building skills.
• Secure sales appointments and document all call and email activity in the CRM.

Requirements

• 5 months to 2 years of sales or business development experience, including B2B corporate sales.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Passion for technology and strong business acumen.
• Initiative, personal leadership, self-motivation, ethics, and integrity.
• Ability to build relationships over the phone and communicate clearly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, data-driven decision-making, and teamwork skills.
