AML/KYC Analyst

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Create and maintain AML/KYC files for Relationship Excellence clients according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Review client account activity and use of products and services against expected activity.
• Communicate AML/KYC requirements, regulatory changes, and process updates to Relationship Managers, clients, management, and Compliance.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate compliance issues in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support AML/KYC projects, working groups, and initiatives across Relationship Excellence.
• Recommend workflow and system improvements and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or banking; AML/KYC experience is preferred.
• Understanding of financial services, investment vehicles, and legal structures.
• Ability to perform research and analysis across departments and communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and assess AML/KYC-related risks.
