What you will do

• Support operational risk event management, data collection, significant-event reviews, and remediation tracking.
• Analyze internal and external event data to identify trends, key risks, and emerging risks.
• Review new business initiatives and acquisitions proposed by Global Banking and Markets and assess their risk posture.
• Develop product and transaction knowledge to support risk and control self-assessments.
• Apply basic financial models to quantify loss projections for stress testing and help develop exposure metrics.
• Improve operational risk reporting and prepare presentations for senior management and business leaders.

Requirements

• Ability to work from the Warsaw office in Poland.
• Relevant experience in operational risk, reporting, data analytics, or a related field; internships and rotational experience are welcome.
• Interest in data analysis and reporting, with the willingness to develop quantitative skills.
• Ability to handle and analyze large data sets using Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools.
• Interest in Global Banking and Markets products and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
