Operational Risk Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the operational risk event management framework and data collection processes.
• Analyze internal and external event data to identify key and emerging risks.
• Contribute to the assessment of risk posture for new business initiatives and acquisitions.
• Build product and transaction knowledge to support risk and control self-assessments.
• Apply financial models to quantify loss projections for stress testing.
• Prepare regular reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operational risk, reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong ability to handle and analyze large data sets using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Interest in regulatory frameworks and Global Banking and Markets products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with an aptitude for continuous learning.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
