What you will do

• Manage regulatory stress metrics and engage in policy advocacy with global regulators.
• Evaluate compliance with regulatory regimes and conduct impact assessments for new activities.
• Develop methodologies, create models, and govern risk measurement for stress testing.
• Collaborate with risk-taking businesses to enforce limits and challenge proposals.
• Facilitate interactions with regulatory bodies regarding Recovery and Resolution capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, preferably in Treasury, funding-related, or regulatory functions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interaction with senior leadership and external regulators.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills with a drive to lead projects.
• Technical aptitude to partner with Engineering on treasury solutions.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze technical regulatory papers.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of liquidity risk metrics such as LCR, NSFR, and internal stress testing.
• Experience in the interpretation of regulatory rules.
• Deep understanding of banking organizations and financial products.
