Senior Risk Analyst (Digital Assets)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus target

What you will do

• Support risk governance frameworks for traditional and digital asset servicing activities.
• Evaluate new products, process changes, strategic initiatives, and technology changes with business operations, technology, and control functions.
• Coordinate regulatory guidance from the SEC, NYDFS, FINRA, and OCC for risk framework implementation.
• Implement continuous monitoring and self-assessment models, review incidents and corrective actions, and escalate significant matters.
• Identify control weaknesses, risk trends, and industry developments while supporting sustainable risk-management solutions.
• Prepare clear management reporting and develop training initiatives that promote risk awareness and control principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in operational custody servicing, risk management, digital assets, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital asset servicing, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency ecosystems, tokenized securities, and digital asset custody models.
• Experience evaluating operational controls, risk frameworks, change-management risks, and evolving technology in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessment, control testing, incident management, and risk analysis.
• Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to senior leadership.
