Risk Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in SF, Sunnyvale, NYC, or Kansas City)

Salary: $89,250 – $137,500 per year (based on geographic market zones)

What you will do

• Execute high-priority quantitative and qualitative risk assessments on complex fintech partner programs.
• Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework by tracking and monitoring third-party and operational risks.
• Provide rigorous, credible challenge to risk assessments performed by internal business lines.
• Conduct due diligence for 4th-party vendors and maintain the vendor register ecosystem.
• Serve as the First Line of Defense (1LoD) for partner TPRM and ERM programs.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable reports and dashboards for senior hirify.globalership.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization
• 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
• Proven experience in Fintech, Payments, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) sectors.
• Strong familiarity with banking regulations and supervisory guidance (OCC, Fed, FDIC).
• Proficiency in building risk dashboards and synthesizing metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide credible challenges to senior management.
