Shift Lead (Coffee/Matcha)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite cafe role

Salary: $24.00 per hour plus tips

What you will do

• Lead cafe shifts by directing, coaching, and supporting the team while owning the floor.
• Train new team members with the General Manager and Training Team, and reinforce product quality, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Deliver welcoming customer service and resolve customer or team issues calmly and positively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and health-compliant cafe operations.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, waste tracking, and opening and closing procedures.
• Partner with Operations and Marketing on events and promotions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization will be verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
• Full-time availability of 30–40 hours per week across 4–5 days, including 2 peak days from Friday through Sunday.
• Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
