What you will do

• Lead and motivate Sales Assistants to improve customer service, sales, and profitability.
• Maximise in-store sales and build customer loyalty through high service standards.
• Manage stock control, merchandising, product displays, and profit protection.
• Control day-to-day store expenses and support the successful operation of the unit.
• Support training, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain health and safety standards, store premises, and forward planning activities.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion retail and the hirify.global ethos.
• Previous fashion retail experience is desirable.
• Experience managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an efficient, organised, and customer-focused approach.
