P&C Servicer (Insurance)

What you will do

• Service aviation client accounts, including applications, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries.
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Process insurance documentation, including ACORD forms.
• Maintain client records and document interactions in agency management and internal systems.
• Support renewal processing and collect required underwriting information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver accurate and compliant account servicing.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and terminology.
• Experience in an insurance servicing environment, including policy servicing, endorsements, or renewals.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 90 days if not currently licensed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied EPIC or a similar agency management system.
• Hands-on experience with ACORD forms.
