Senior Market Lead - Middle Market Commercial Banking

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; Job Location: FL-Miami, 2800 Ponce de Leon Blvd Ste 510

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location; eligible for incentive compensation and a potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with middle-market and large corporate clients, private equity firms, and family offices.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships and increase revenue.
• Identify cross-business product opportunities and coordinate tailored solutions and client presentations.
• Support client onboarding, deal closing, negotiations, and collaboration with credit and services teams.
• Direct portfolio monitoring activities and respond to approval requests for overdrafts, wires, ACH suspensions, and related matters.
• Assess client performance, identify regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks, and recommend risk-rating changes.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified United States location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Formal credit training.
• Experience with client acquisition, relationship management, credit events, and deal approval processes.
