Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $113,300–$188,800 annual

What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships with small business prospects and referral sources.
• Service and retain an existing portfolio of business banking clients.
• Manage complex loan relationships, evaluate credit information, and recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Work with branch partners to cross-sell cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other banking products.
• Manage sales targets, call activity, community participation, and a portfolio of approximately 30–65 relationship-managed clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong credit skills and the ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Knowledge of personal computers and relevant departmental software.
• Understanding of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
