Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager

What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships with small business prospects and service an assigned portfolio of existing clients.
• Manage complex loan and deposit relationships, including a portfolio of approximately 30–65 relationship-managed clients.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend appropriate loan structures, and manage lending risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Work with branch partners and referral sources such as accountants and attorneys to generate business and cross-sell banking products.
• Achieve revenue, loan production, deposit, portfolio management, call, and product sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• More than 5 years of experience.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong credit skills for evaluating loan requests.
• Knowledge of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and business development skills.
