What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of lending, deposit, and treasury relationships for Middle Market Commercial clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $1.5 billion.
• Evaluate complex loan and deposit opportunities, interview applicants, analyze business information, and recommend relationships.
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio while supporting credit quality, profitability, and risk management.
• Develop new loan, deposit, and fee-based business through a formal client call program.
• Monitor market trends and represent the bank in civic and community activities.
• Manage and retain existing clients while coordinating with internal departments; coach or mentor junior relationship managers when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum seven years of commercial portfolio management experience.
• Financial analysis skills and knowledge of banking credit principles, policies, procedures, and commercial fee-based products.
• Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work diplomatically with personnel at all levels.
• Position based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States.
