Business Applications Manager (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the administration and operational health of the business applications portfolio, centered on NetSuite.
• Run SOX change management from requirements and configuration through user acceptance testing, approval, deployment, and post-go-live validation.
• Build and maintain integrations using NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, middleware, and secure token management.
• Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning through Microsoft Entra, quarterly access reviews, and deprovisioning controls.
• Drive SSO enablement, automate repetitive administration, and manage the Jira request backlog.
• Support SOX and SOC 1 audits with evidence for change management and access controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of business applications administration experience, including 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration.
• Experience with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, SuiteScript, SOX change management, and user access controls.
• Working knowledge of at least three additional business systems, such as PSA, procure-to-pay, expense, close management, contract lifecycle, or incentive compensation tools.
• Experience administering Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Experience with SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, Microsoft Entra ID, scripting, APIs, JavaScript or Python, and requirements gathering from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
