Enterprise Systems Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical execution and continuous improvement of the Workday and ERP ecosystem.
• Lead Workday and ERP implementations from requirements extraction and gap analysis through UAT, training materials, and post-go-live support.
• Build integrations, transformation scripts, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-augmented agentic workflows using Claude, Gemini, and Cursor.
• Execute source-to-target migration workstreams, including data cleansing, normalization, mapping, ETL, and validation.
• Develop intelligent agents for compliance monitoring and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Identify architectural weaknesses and implement preventative measures for long-term platform stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration development, or ERP/HCM implementation.
• At least two personally executed enterprise-scale HCM or ERP implementations or global system migrations.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge, including its data model, EIBs, Workday Studio or Extend, and business process configuration.
• Expert SQL skills and proficiency in at least one high-level language: Python, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, iPaaS platforms, Git, CI/CD, data analysis, and large datasets.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced Cursor experience for prototyping and code review.
• Experience with Claude or Gemini for agentic workflow design, requirements synthesis, test generation, and documentation automation.
• Experience with Tier 1 platforms such as Acumatica, BigQuery, and ServiceNow.
