Business Applications Manager (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration and health of the business applications portfolio, centered on NetSuite and including Atlassian, OpenAir, Coupa, SAP Concur, FloQast, Workiva, Varicent, Ironclad, Brex, and Avalara.
• Run SOX change management from requirements scoping and configuration through user acceptance testing, approval, deployment, and post-go-live validation.
• Build and maintain integrations using NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, middleware, and secure token management.
• Own access governance, including SSO, SCIM provisioning through Microsoft Entra, quarterly SOX access reviews, and deprovisioning controls.
• Manage the Jira request backlog, coordinate priorities and timelines, and support SOX and SOC 1 audits.
• Automate repetitive administration through scripting and APIs while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years administering business applications, including 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteScript.
• Experience with change management and user access controls in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of at least three additional business systems or direct equivalents in areas such as PSA, procure-to-pay, expenses, close management, contracts, or incentive compensation.
• Experience administering Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, SSO using SAML/OIDC, and SCIM provisioning, ideally with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Scripting experience for integrations and automation; JavaScript or Python preferred, with strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
