Program Manager (Hybrid) - 29149

Location: Hybrid in Columbia, Maryland, with 3–4 days onsite between hirify.global headquarters and the customer site in Fort Meade, Maryland; up to 20% travel within or outside the continental United States.

Salary: $145,317–$215,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of a cloud big data program and manage delivery objectives, milestones, schedules, and cost performance.
• Manage program personnel, subcontractors, technical tasks, work standards, training, and resource coordination.
• Interface with the government contracting officer representative, customer stakeholders, operators, users, and hirify.global management.
• Oversee contract deliverables, horizontal integration planning, project controls, subcontracts, and personnel security coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and support customer meetings, conferences, and public presentations.
• Develop long-term strategic objectives and build customer relationships to support portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Six years of experience with projects of similar scope and complexity plus a related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and education combinations.
• Experience managing complex multi-task contracts and subcontracts, including Firm Fixed Price contracts.
• Prior experience supporting technical DoD contracts, with knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
• Experience working with software, systems, and platform engineering teams, managing milestones, schedules, documentation, and technical communication.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience with big data platforms or data lake architectures.
• Prior U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, or U.S. Marine Corps experience.
