Personal Banker Spanish Speaking Preferred

Location: In-office at the Center City branch in Hamilton, New Jersey

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through personalized service and technology-enabled transactions.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow policies, manage operational risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, but no language assessment is required.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
