UAV Aircraft Assembler II (Aerospace)

Location: Paso Robles, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $23–$27 USD per hour

Develops autonomous unmanned aircraft systems and next-generation flight technologies for defense and aerospace applications.

What you will do

• Assemble aircraft structures, sub-assemblies, brackets, panels, and production-released mechanical and system components.
• Perform drilling, reaming, fastening, torquing, sealing, bonding, and hardware installation operations.
• Route and secure tubing, hoses, and cables according to defined standards.
• Conduct in-process and visual inspections, identify non-conformances, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Complete as-built documentation, production records, and part traceability in MES.
• Follow standard work to meet takt time and production schedules while collaborating with engineering, production, and operations teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of aircraft, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions, and torque requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a production environment with strong attention to detail.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.
