Associate, Sector-Based and Specialized Lending - TMT/Digital Infrastructure (Finance)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support the origination, structuring, underwriting, credit approval, and closing of lending transactions.
• Focus on North American digital infrastructure and healthcare financing, including data centers, fiber, and towers.
• Perform deal screening, industry and market analysis, risk assessments, supply-and-demand research, and regulatory impact analysis.
• Conduct due diligence and review or negotiate financing documentation for TMT transactions.
• Build and adapt transaction, internal risk-rating, and return models for projections and scenario analysis.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while collaborating with relationship managers, sector experts, and deal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant finance experience in TMT industries.
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills with the ability to work independently on transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling experience, including financial projections, debt-sizing frameworks, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
