Associate, Portfolio Management (Project Finance)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Manage the ongohirify.global project finance loan portfolio with a focus on credit monitorhirify.global, analytics, and internal reporthirify.global.
• Prepare quarterly and annual credit reviews, Credit Risk Management portfolio reviews, financial projections, sector updates, and regulatory reports.
• Process amendment and waiver requests, review credit modifications, coordinate risk and legal documentation, and support transactions, amendments, and refinanchirify.globals.
• Track financial and reporthirify.global covenant compliance, construction and operathirify.global reports, insurance, portfolio metrics, databases, and exposure information.
• Monitor market developments and assess their potential impact on portfolio performance and risk.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Origination, offshore support teams, KYC/CDD, regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project finance and/or energy and commodities finance experience.
• BA/BS degree in finance, economics, accounthirify.global, management, engineerhirify.global, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis, credit analysis, and financial modelhirify.global capabilities.
• Knowledge of project finance structures, associated risks, and legal documentation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to manage compethirify.global priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
