UAV Aircraft Assembler III (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Assemble complex aircraft structures, sub-assemblies, and multi-system installations.
• Perform drilling, reaming, fastening, torquing, sealing, bonding, and component installation operations.
• Execute first-article and early production builds using released engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Route and secure tubing, hoses, cables, and mechanical or system components.
• Conduct in-process inspections, investigate non-conformances, and maintain accurate as-built documentation and MES traceability.
• Identify recurring build issues, recommend process improvements, and mentor Aircraft Assembler I–II personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with advanced experience.
• 4–6 years of aircraft, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of aerospace or automotive fasteners, torque, sealing, and fit.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production build issues.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.

• Technical certification or equivalent.
