VP, AI & Automation

Location: Pleasanton, United States; candidates within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office are expected to work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $292,000–$365,000 annually, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's internal AI transformation program and establish a roadmap tied to productivity, cost efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
• Define success metrics and report progress to the CIO and senior leadership.
• Build and manage a team of AI program managers, solution architects, and citizen development leads.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Legal, and other functions to identify and deploy high-impact AI use cases.
• Lead the design and deployment of AI agents and automation workflows using business and IT collaboration.
• Drive AI adoption through enablement, change management, and user training.

Requirements

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience, including 3–5 years leading enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation programs at scale.
• Proven experience building AI/ML or intelligent automation programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to align senior stakeholders across functions.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Workato or equivalent enterprise automation tools.
• Experience evaluating, governing, and orchestrating multi-LLM environments.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, data classification, responsible AI, and collaboration with Legal and InfoSec in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
