What you will do

• Provide enterprise-level thought leadership on Artificial Intelligence and emerging trends.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
• Guide build versus buy decisions using financial and strategic evaluation frameworks.
• Advise senior leaders on AI strategy, investments, and transformation priorities.
• Engage with vendors and partners to assess AI solution maturity.
• Promote responsible AI adoption by influencing governance and risk management practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives with Artificial Intelligence, data, or advanced analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior leadership level within complex organizations.
• Proven experience identifying and shaping AI opportunities, balancing expected business value with feasibility.
• Experience guiding build versus buy decisions using structured financial and strategic evaluation approaches.
• Background working across various business domains such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Sales.
• Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior executive audiences.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (at least 3 days a week in office) in New York or Philadelphia.
