Manager, AI Accelerator Business Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in the New York, NY office

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annual base salary, plus a 13% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify business challenges, workflow inefficiencies, and high-value AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases, assess feasibility, value, risk, and organizational readiness, and prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate business, AI, data, technology, privacy, security, legal, and change management stakeholders from discovery through pilots, implementation, and scale.
• Define business requirements, success metrics, process changes, adoption plans, and support for proofs of concept and implementation.
• Lead change management, AI capability building, executive communication, and efforts to help business teams independently apply AI.
• Track outcomes and stakeholder feedback while guiding compliant, responsible, and scalable AI deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, organizational development, operations, human resources, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business partnering, transformation, consulting, operations, or a related field, including ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and coordinating across multiple departments without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, communication, presentation, project management, and program management skills.
• Understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, responsible use, risk, adoption, and translating technical concepts into business recommendations.
• Ability to work from the New York, NY office at least 3 days per week on a hybrid schedule.
