Senior Associate, Implementation (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end implementation and onboarding for strategic partnerships with ACOs, health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical companies, and life sciences organizations.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across clinical, product, data, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Maintain project plans, implementation trackers, dashboards, documentation, risks, action items, and launch-readiness materials.
• Identify blockers and delays, escalate risks with recommended solutions, and support executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate partner working sessions and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders on workflow alignment and readiness.
• Document partner workflows and implementation learnings, improve playbooks and processes, and support the transition to steady-state account ownership.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, or project management.
• Experience in healthcare or health technology, including exposure to providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, or value-based care models.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting implementations involving EHRs, data integrations, or clinical workflows is preferred.
• Work authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, dashboards, trackers, workflow diagrams, Gantt charts, or risk registers.
• Proactive, execution-oriented approach and willingness to own assigned workstreams.
