What you will do

• Lead and oversee complex clinical trial projects across EDC, data management, biostatistics, and other biometrics services.
• Manage, mentor, and audit project management professionals against PMI-compliant practices and internal standards.
• Coordinate interdependencies across EDC, IRT, CROs, sponsors, biostatistics, and data review workflows.
• Identify and manage risks involving data quality, timelines, resourcing, and external vendors.
• Drive study start-up planning, lessons learned, operational improvement, and organizational scaling initiatives.
• Build trusted sponsor relationships and ensure transparent communication, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in clinical, biomedical, or software environments.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or equivalent senior consulting experience with large complex clients and multiple projects.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, strategic execution, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Expertise in clinical trial project and program management, PMI practices, ICH/GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, CRO and IRT vendor models, and EDC platforms such as Medidata Rave.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, billing systems, HR systems, and payroll systems.
