Implementation Manager (Healthcare Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead successful implementations of KPI Ninja service offerings for healthcare organizations.
• Create and manage onboarding plans, project governance documents, schedules, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, external resources, vendors, healthcare facilities, and subject matter experts.
• Act as the primary customer contact, manage escalations, align stakeholder expectations, and communicate project status.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, resource capacity, and issue resolution.
• Oversee integrated testing, validation, training material development, end-user training, and change management.

Requirements

• Project management experience supporting software implementations in an HIE, HIE vendor, or healthcare organization.
• Understanding of the Health Information Exchange and Health Information Technology landscapes.
• Knowledge of HL7 V2, C-CDA, FHIR, and other healthcare messaging standards.
• Experience evaluating customer needs and documenting business cases and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills.
• Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent role experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
