Project Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Washington, DC; full-time remote

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot program initiatives.
• Manage schedules, priorities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
• Support Agile program management and change management, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze program performance metrics and trends, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefings on program status, performance, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Support strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to maintain alignment across leadership, project teams, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
• At least four years of professional project management experience from initiation through completion.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders while monitoring progress and project alignment.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and related project management artifacts.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience supporting complex projects or initiatives.
• Experience with federal government clients, especially the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, or other federal healthcare agencies.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or cross-functional teams and facilitating project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and leadership briefings.
