HR Business Partner Associate-Retail

What you will do

• Support the Retail Distribution HR team with tools, resources, and operational support for branch teams.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain HR reports, metrics, and workforce planning insights.
• Coordinate mid-year and end-of-year performance and talent management cycles.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and ecosystem partners to implement organizational priorities.
• Support HR systems and processes, including position management, requisition support, and organizational design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Retail branch experience or a branch operations background.
• Experience with change management, conflict resolution, employee relations, HRIS, onboarding, recruiting, and workforce planning.
