HR Business Partner III (Aerospace)

Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; 100% onsite

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, risk assessments, engagement analysis, and manager coaching.
• Develop workforce plans, talent pipelines, succession plans, career development programs, and performance management initiatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and collaboration with centralized HR centers of expertise.
• Lead organizational transformation and change-management projects, including readiness assessments, communications, stakeholder management, and resistance mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 9 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a multifunctional international environment.
• At least 4 years of aerospace experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Current United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this US position.
