Senior HR Business Partner, Personal Systems

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $116,150–$180,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders in the Personal Systems organization on workforce and organizational strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and talent strategies supporting business transformation.
• Provide people and talent insights to address business challenges and improve organizational performance.
• Coach and influence senior leaders through organizational change, leadership challenges, and talent decisions.
• Develop talent, succession, and leadership development strategies to build diverse future-leader pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and colleagues worldwide on global people programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR function.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, HR operations, and related HR programs.
• Strong strategic, financial, business, consulting, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work with new technology and AI, including workflow automation and process optimization.
