Human Resources Business Partner - Global Sales (6 Month Contract)

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement.
• Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, performance, employee relations, compensation, and organizational changes.
• Support talent, performance, employee engagement, development, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, talent, and organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve HR processes, workflows, controls, data quality, governance, and operating procedures in partnership with HRIS, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Manage HR projects and initiatives from problem identification through implementation, communication, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Approximately 4–7 years of progressive experience in HR, people operations, HR analytics, Total Rewards, HR generalist work, or a related field.
• Ability to independently manage projects, processes, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and translate information into practical conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to work from the Cleveland, Ohio office.
