Application Support Analyst

What you will do

• Provide daily server-side support for proprietary trading systems.
• Coordinate, implement, and support system-level changes in Windows and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot trading-related issues by investigating client and server log files.
• Perform job scheduling, application operations, basic scripting, and intraday restarts.
• Coordinate technical resources and communicate with business and technology stakeholders during production incidents.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in application support, operations, systems administration, or a related role.
• Ability to independently identify problems and develop solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Foundational knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or a trading environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
