Senior Recruiter (Ecommerce)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

hirify.global is an ecommerce company expanding its Rocket Delivery and Rocket Oversea shopping services in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Recruit talent across business functions and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
• Build and maintain high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies with recruiting teams and managers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, and other talent platforms.
• Create and publish job descriptions and recruitment announcements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct, hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience with different types of recruiting, including bulk hiring and leadership programs.
• Strong communication, persuasion, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, analytical, creative, data-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring executive-level candidates at Director level or above.
