Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Ecommerce)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; hybrid workplace with onsite interview requirements

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple teams and act as the primary talent partner for business leaders.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans with hiring managers and manage role requirements, sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, university partnerships, career fairs, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data in Lever throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s employer brand and deliver a thoughtful, timely, and inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Manage and mentor a Talent Acquisition Coordinator through coaching and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent assessment across diverse functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience conducting behavioral, technical, structured, or other interview formats.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.

Hiring process

• Initial phone interview with the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a Zoom interview with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
• Onsite interviews with peers, the VP of Talent Acquisition, and the Chief People Officer.
• Reference checks, executive review, and offer.
