Full Lifecycle Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer acceptance for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria.
• Source, assess, engage, and manage candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
• Provide a transparent and engaging candidate experience with timely communication throughout the process.
• Manage job postings, requisitions, candidate data, and pipelines in ATS platforms.
• Track recruiting KPIs, report pipeline health, and improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and cost management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-level Japanese and English required.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
• High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth, startup, or technology environment, especially robotics, AI, or deep tech.
• Familiarity with technical concepts across software and hardware domains.
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch or scaling teams rapidly.
• Experience with global or cross-border hiring.
