Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver

Salary: $19.06–$26.20 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Receive, verify, stock, pick, stage, pack, and ship warehouse materials.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, wire-cutting equipment, delivery vans, and box trucks.
• Deliver products to customers, branches, warehouses, and suppliers, with driving assignments occupying up to 50% of the role.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment, complete required reports and delivery documentation, and arrange minor maintenance.
• Perform inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, process returns, and verify material condition and quantities.
• Follow DOT, local, state, environmental health, safety, and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; warehouse experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21 required.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record reviews.
• Must provide a valid medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to handle loads up to 26,000 GVW, perform basic calculations, use basic computer tools, and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED and warehouse equipment certification are preferred; willingness to work overtime is required as needed.
