Logistics Associate III

Location: Onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $22–$27 per hour, depending on overall skills and experience

What you will do

• Prepare and execute accurate, timely outbound shipments.
• Generate packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and international shipping documentation.
• Enter, maintain, and close shipping transactions in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Coordinate freight pickups with carriers and internal teams, including shipping charges and destination details.
• Stage finished goods and support material movement, kitting, put-away, and inventory transactions.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain traceability and compliance records, operate warehouse equipment, and support 6S activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Basic math, data entry, computer, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift or move materials weighing 40–50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely with required PPE and at heights using ladders or powered equipment when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or inventory systems.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and carrier requirements.
