Warehouse Operator (Logistics)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Perform hands-on warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and material movement.
• Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to maintain accurate workflows.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks when qualified.
• Help maintain safety, productivity, and operational accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Team Leads with training new hires and following up on operational anomalies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to learn WMS, SOPs, and site-specific processes quickly.
• Strong teamwork, communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.
• Bilingual Mandarin communication skills.
