Warehouse Associate (Internet Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $22–$26 per hour, plus eligibility to participate in hirify.global's equity plan.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials and consumables.
• Pick, pack, and prepare hardware shipments according to quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and help test and implement process improvements.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient distribution center.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve speed, quality, consistency, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience working accurately and reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in learning new tools, systems, and operational processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with teammates.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
