Sr. Account Manager (Commercial Lines Insurance)

Salary: $80,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Service transportation and commercial lines accounts, including quotes, policy issuance, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests while maintaining timely communication.
• Collect renewal data, support insurance marketing and sales, and develop coverage strategies and plans.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and confirm that requested items were received.
• Maintain and document accurate client and activity records in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Coordinate with producers and other departments, monitor account issues, and stay current on carrier underwriting requirements, policy provisions, industry trends, and license compliance.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• At least 4 years of commercial lines experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong organization, prioritization, initiative, communication, and people skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to calculate premiums, commissions, discounts, percentages, and related figures and solve practical problems involving varied instructions.

Nice to have

• Applied Systems / EPIC experience.
• CPCU or completion of a specialized training course.
