TL;DR

Licensed Sales Manager (Fintech): Leading and mentoring a team of sales agents to drive growth and meet performance targets for home insurance products with an accent on strategic planning, data-driven coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on developing high-performing sales teams, optimizing sales processes, and maintaining operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must reside and work full-time in one of the following 30 states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, or WI.

Salary: $105,000–$110,000 OTE (Base: $80,000–$85,000)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
  • Coach, engage, and mentor a team of 12-14 frontline Sales Agents.
  • Report and analyze team performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve product development and sales initiatives.
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2+ years in a management role.
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance license.
  • Must be available for a Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CST shift with a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in one of the 30 approved US states.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales reporting tools, and data-driven performance management.
  • Strong background in the full insurance sales lifecycle.
