Location: Must reside and work full-time in one of the following 30 states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, or WI.
Salary: $105,000–$110,000 OTE (Base: $80,000–$85,000)

What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Coach, engage, and mentor a team of 12-14 frontline Sales Agents.
- Report and analyze team performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve product development and sales initiatives.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2+ years in a management role.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance license.
- Must be available for a Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CST shift with a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in one of the 30 approved US states.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales reporting tools, and data-driven performance management.
- Strong background in the full insurance sales lifecycle.
