$70,000-$95,000 Annually plus bonus eligible

What you will do
- Manage agency portfolio, analyze performance, and develop tactical plans for premium growth in specialty auto lines.
- Execute marketing and sales strategies, promote products, and drive new business and retention.
- Develop and oversee regional growth strategies, set metrics, and adjust based on market conditions.
- Build consultative relationships with agencies through in-person visits and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Monitor profitability for brokers, own production results, and provide sales reporting to leadership.
- Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years as Field Representative or Account Manager in specialty auto insurance with independent agents.
- Established relationships with specialty auto agency owners and trade associations in the state.
- Strong insurance knowledge, especially specialty auto products, regulations, and terminology.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation skills, and professional presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), adaptable to new tech and paperless environment.
- Valid driver’s license required. Must reside in Southern California territory.
